Amorphous Nanocrystalline Track-Type Core

Nano Oval Core is a specialized product designed to meet the precise requirements and personalized customization needs of various industrial and commercial applications. This oval-shaped iron core is available in a wide range of sizes, allowing users to flexibly select the specifications that best suit their specific needs. Whether you require an oval iron core encased in a plastic shell or prefer a product with a custom coating, Nano Oval Core offers a versatile solution that combines durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

Amorphous Nanocrystalline Coated Magnetic Core

It can be widely used in the core of inverter welding power supplies, X-ray equipment, laser systems, communication power supplies, UPS systems, high-frequency induction heating power supplies, charging power supply cores, electrolysis and electroplating power supply cores, motor speed-control power supply cores, and magnetic cores for plasma cutting machines.

Amorphous Nanocrystalline Encapsulated Magnetic Core

A genuine CMC core features high saturation magnetic flux density, enabling it to effectively reduce the size of CMC devices. At the same time, it boasts excellent resistance to unbalanced currents as well as superior impedance and temperature stability. Consequently, it is widely used in inverter circuits, variable-frequency drive cores, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), switch-mode power supplies, EMC filters, and new-energy applications.

Iron-based amorphous strip

Thanks to the following characteristics, iron-based amorphous alloys offer the advantage of low iron losses: ⋅ Thin thickness—only about 1/10 that of grain-oriented silicon steel; ⋅ High resistivity—about twice that of grain-oriented silicon steel; ⋅ Low coercivity—only about 1/3 that of grain-oriented silicon steel.

Precision Instruments

【Core Breakthrough in Precision Measurement】 Amorphous nanocrystalline cores, with their ultra-low coercivity (<1 A/m) and ultra-high permeability (10⁵ order of magnitude), emerge as the ideal choice for precision instrument transformers! In high-end equipment like medical CT scanners and aerospace instruments, their 0.05% linearity error and nanoscale thin-film structure enable precise measurement of microampere-level currents, sharpening the “sensory nerves” of scientific instruments.

Precision Instruments

Industrial Automation

【The Magnetic Core Revolution Driving Smart Manufacturing】 Amorphous nanocrystalline cores, with their wide-frequency compatibility spanning 16kHz to 100kHz, have become core components in industrial automation equipment! Compared to traditional silicon steel, they reduce high-frequency eddy current losses by 80%, boosting servo system response speeds by 30%. This enables automated production lines to maintain stable output accuracy within ±0.1% even under harsh 150°C operating conditions.
