The phenomenon of Iron Core oil leakage is different,so we should also depend on the situation when dealing with it.

Nozzle return:Nozzle is a precision part.If the iron core is not clean diesel or the machine is used for a long time,it will return to the oil due to the wear of the nozzle.However,because replacing the nozzle is expensive and uneconomical,in order to avoid oil leakage,oil can be diverted back to the tank through the return pipe or into the diesel filter.If the return pipe is damaged,a piece of plastic pipe can be used to lead the oil into the self-provided container,filtered and then poured back into the tank.

Oil leakage:can be treated appropriately:the gasket of the hollow screw of the pipeline is uneven,the gasket can be removed,ground and then padded,if the problem can not be solved,the new gasket can be replaced,or the thick soft plastic material can be cut into the gasket;Plastic pipeline and metal joint oil leakage,mostly caused by plastic pipeline hardening or rupture,can be cut to harden,broken part,and then use hot water to soft,hot installed on the metal joint,and then tied with metal wire;Metal oil pipeline rupture oil leakage,the rupture can be welded with brazing.In addition,in order to prevent the rupture of the oil pipeline,when installing the oil pipeline,the bend should be appropriate,not hard pull installation,pipe body should not contact with the fuselage,to avoid wear out.

Valve chamber cover oil leakage:when the valve chamber cover is installed,if the fastening force is too large,it is easy to make it deformed and leak oil.At this time,the valve chamber cover can be removed from the oil leak,and carefully beat the shape with wooden sticks to restore the level of the contact surface,and then put on the gasket and install it.
